More than half the world’s population now lives in cities.  Places we point to with pride and admiration. Places we call home. How do you create a culture where government workers are engaged in their work and are proud to serve their community? Where city leaders cultivate community relationships and plan for the emerging issues? How do we grow the local leadership to meet these challenges? It all starts with people and leadership.
